Classes are run in accordance with Hampshire School term times and additional sessions held during the summer holidays will be confirmed nearer the time.

Induction
- All clients are required to have an induction prior to joining a class.
- A 1:1 or 2:1 session held in your own home or Bishops Waltham.
- Focussing on the principles of Pilates, particularly the fundamentals of alignment, breathing and centring.
- Learn start positions and some beginner exercises.
Group Classes
- A great way to learn the fundamentals of Pilates and connect with others.
- Kept to a maximum of 12 people per class.
- Free parking at class venue.
Online Classes
- Joining an online class provides the convenience of enjoying Pilates from the comfort of your own home.
- Kept to a maximum of 4 people per class.
Private Sessions
- Available in Bishops Waltham or your own home.
- Personalised programme tailored to your specific needs.
Equipment
- You will need a mat and a small cushion or towel.
In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see the difference and in 30 you will have a whole new body.
Joseph Pilates
My Approach
I am a fervent believer in the numerous benefits of Pilates and the effect it has on the mind and body. During class, I ensure a friendly, calm and safe environment, whilst teaching a variety of exercises suited to the abilities of all those attending. It is important to me that clients understand how their bodies move optimally in class.
Use of small equipment in classes offers clients the opportunity to challenge themselves further by adding variety and learning new skills.
I hold specific qualifications in the use of:
- Small Balls
- Toning Circles
- Resistance Bands
I am working towards specialist qualifications in Bone Health (Osteoporosis) and Pre and Post Natal Pilates.

Terms & Conditions
All clients must complete an enrolment form prior to commencing Pilates classes. Please notify us as soon as possible if there are any changes to the information provided on the form.
Payment is made via BACS transfer prior to the commencement of a block of classes. This secures your place in class.
