About Me

Helen Knox

My love of Pilates began in 2006. I was immediately drawn to the many benefits of Pilates, especially how the exercises positively impacted my posture and everyday movement.

Continuing Pilates throughout my pregnancies allowed me to remain healthy and active while raising my family. I have remained dedicated to practising Pilates due to the many benefits it provides and its impact on my daily life.  It is an amazing form of exercise that offers a complete mind body connection.

In 2022, I decided to become a Pilates Matwork Teacher, opting to train with Body Control Pilates, based in London and one of the world’s most recognised and respected Pilates organisations.  In 2023, I launched Pilates on Point.

I am a recognised teacher of Pilates for Golfers.  This qualification allows me to work specifically with clients who play golf and wish to focus on body movements that will help to improve their game and technique.  Please get in touch to find out more.

Always keen to expand my knowledge and understanding of Pilates through continuing professional development, I am working towards additional qualifications specialising in Pilates for Bone Health (Osteoporosis) and Pilates for Pre and Post Natal Pregnancy.

I hold a CPR Basic Life Support certificate and an fully insured through the Body Control Pilates Association and Balens (including Public Liability Insurance).

Really enjoying the online classes with Helen. They are gently challenging, and I feel stronger for it. She adds variety to the classes too, which I love. It’s always fun to try out a new movement or add some equipment to your repertoire, but also fantastic that you don’t need anything but a mat and towel (and some tins of baked beans). Absolutely highly recommend Helen’s Pilates classes and doing the in-person assessment with her if joining an online class.

All clients must complete an enrolment form prior to commencing Pilates classes.  Please notify us as soon as possible if there are any changes to the information provided on the form.

Payment is made via BACS transfer prior to the commencement of a block of classes.  This secures your place in class.
